Haha the one leg climb is one of my 3 fav things about me in pole for that other thread! I love that climb…which reminded me I am so over the princess climb…lets find a new climb!

Lets see…
– I have perfectly shaped eyebrows
– at 44 I don’t have a single wrinkle and don’t see any popping up in the near future
– my breasts are pretty cool lol– I am happy and amazed that I have stuck with pole this long
– through pole I have gained an amazing network of friends, a renewed health out look, the gumption to open a studio and a love/gateway into additional aerial arts
– I have a wicked 1 leg climb! -

I am trying to get into the mode of sticking to this schedule…it is however lately hit or miss: Monday night 1.5 hr Pole class, Tuesday night 1 hr BUTI class (hardest, sweatiest class I have ever done lol), Wed OFF , Thursday Morning 1 hr Hot Yoga, Friday OFF, Saturday 1 hr Hammock class & 1.5 hr Pole class, Sunday bike ride w/hubby & playing in our pool or surfing and margarita's when it gets a bit warmer https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

At my studio we have one 6 week beginner/adv beginner series class that caters to total beginners or people pretty new to pole – it's also a great class if you are a bit shy – it sets your foundation and helps with your confidence. It is the more sensual of our classes and is just women. Then all the rest of our drop in 1.5 hour Pole classes are co-ed – these are all multi level – from beginner to advanced. We have 2 regular male pole students at the studio and everyone loves them – it works well for us. Our tag line is One Studio for "Every" Body! We also have a Male Pole instructor – it's fun https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

For me it’s much more about not being able to find shorts that fit right… While I like the idea of no muffin top waist bands – if I don’t have some elastic in my short tops the really just end up rolling down – the shorts them self fit fine until I move around in them lol. Under Armour has some cute ones that work but in general most suck for me. Whenever I can find tie side shorts that have a tie waist I will buy every one of them in the store or I will buy shorts and have a waist band tie put into them

Just wanted to add that for women with awesome larger breasts 🙂 AND women with awesome smaller breasts a plain black sports bra with bright colored body binds gives you that hiot slightly s & m look I love lol … And while they aren’t cheap they can be used so many ways that they are worth it…over a bra, over a sports bra, over a tight tank…or just as is with nothing at all for your significant other or just you!
