Hello…,so I am going to be away from Thursday – Sunday BOO

Hmmmm seems that i will be in Palm Springs from the 21st – 24th !!!! BOOOO BUT I am still more than willing to host a jam at the studio for you guys – just BLOWS i won't actually be there :

as it get's a little closer to the convention let's pick a time for the Jam – I am pretty flexible we just need to work it around classes 🙂

I have found that turning down the lights, music you love and no mirrors works wonders…dance a few dances without using the pole. Floor work, wall work, chair work, use the pole as a prop but no spins or pole moves. Also if you have a friend you trust try dancing blind folded. It is amazing because a) it slows you down and b) it really forces you to focus on the floor, your feelings, touch, other senses, yourself and the music – it's quite liberating. Poledancing 13 our pole classes are 25 a clas for 1.5 hours or 200.00 for a 10 pack (good for 3 months) and with the 10 pack you can take all the other classes in the studio other than burlesque. Also you can always come goof around during open pole – that's only 10.00 an hour but no instructor.
