This is a great thread!! I recently got my Bettie Page pin up on my calf, she takes up half of the calf. I work at a zoo and they are funny about visible tattoos, biut loads of keepers have them on show anyway!! Anway this is only an issue if I wear shorts, which I like to in the hot weather, so I put a support bandage on to cover Bettie. Management asked me whatb was wrong with my leg, I was honest with them, they said it didn't look good wearing a bandage and more or less said I have to wear trousers now to keep it covered!!! Sucks, thought I would share…..

Shellectra I find that sometimes if you are not getting a move it sometimes helps to leave it and come back to it and bingo!! sometimes you can do it then, actually that just worked for me with caterpillar climb woop woop https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

I only tried twisted grip last week, after a Tracey Simmonds masterclass, I was reluctant to try it to be honest, as I am working on Aysha but cannot hold it with normal grip. The TG felt weird at first but i found after a few tries it actually felt solid and I did the best extended butterfly I have done, am now working on the Aysha using it. My worries were about falling out of amove and having a twisted wrist. Just thought I would share, also on the subject of Aysha, any balance tips? that seems to be my prob with it, I keep falling out of it because I can't keep my balance.

As an alternative to stripper heels i like to wear ballet shoes, i bought a black pair with ribbons from topshop for £18, or you can get leather ballet shoes from danceplanet website for about £10, they look great..

Just been looking at the tattoo photos, moxie, k8 sbt, and studio 409, very nice ladies… Does any one have any actual pole dancer or related tattoos? i did look on the web for iunspiration before i had Bettie but couldn't find much. Caitlin yes Ali did her, she redesigned it with the pole in too 🙂
