The Jamilla dvds are the best you can get I reckon, they feature loads of moves from real beginner to advanced stuff like handspring and straight edge. All moves are broken down and explained really well, there are really good warm ups and body roll stuff as well andJamiilla’s fab routines at the end. She is lovely xx https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cat.gif

If you have a look on ISP lingerie website they sell pole dancing dvds, I believe they have the Bobbi’s dvds on there or you can get em easy enough direct from Bobbi’s website not sureon the web adresses just google em. I have got the second two Bobbi’s dvds they are very good. My favourites are Jamilla’s art of pole collection though.

I pole when I can but that may be 3 or 4 times one week then nowt for a couple of weeks. Ideally I would like to do 30 mins to an hour daily but it doesn’t work out like that. I have pole jams also at mine every two weeks or so that last 2 – 3 hours, but no set routine with when I practice.

Deb Riley sells pole mats, her brand is called pole-o-mat I think they are about £75 ish and can be folded up into to carry with handles.
