It does work on static but its hard as the momentum keeps you on better, in general i think its quite hard.

Hey thanks for the info, i really wasn’t made aware of any of this and Gypsy what you makes perfect sense. I don’t think you are being a bitch, just looking out for me. 🙂

Mine is fitted to x pole and i bought it from lil mynx. Caterina Genaro designed it and i have used it with her on x poles its fine.

I have the 2012 PDC book, the pictures aren’t very good EG the extended butterfly pic the poler is facing away from camera and you can’t see the extended back leg which isn’t very good. And the moves aren’t in any order either.

I had pole aria for christmas which is basically silks attached to the pole. I knot my silks and use in a similiar way to the fly gym for stretching etc.

Thats really interesting that you found you struggled with pole after the classes, were you still poling as well? Obviously i plan to, i am not really interested in the weight lifting aspect, just regaining a good level of fitness again.

I too get winter pole blues 🙁 its so hard to get motivated, my fitness slips in the winter. Have pole aria for christmas and Felix dvd set for birthday (new yr day) so hopefully this will kick start the motivation again, but i do layer up and gradually peel em off.

I too dance, just spins and pirouhettes, it also helps you become more fluid as well as warm. Then i stretch and work specific areas eg back, neck and shoulders if am workibg on SM stuff.
