I usually go onto the poledancingshop.com, they have some of the same stuff as on Bad Kitty but postage is only a few pounds. Regarding Polefit wear I ordered the spiderback bra in small as I am usually a small, but it kept riding up over my boobs so I got a medium and found it did the same, a real shame as its a pretty design but not for me sadly..

Pleasure poles are very good, one piece poles in 45 or 50, they are removeable and are really easy toput up and remove. Can't think what metal they are though..

Andy I have been teaching for a year, I have the Art of Pole set too I reckon they are the best pole instruction dvds u can get. Love Jamilla! U need to find a pole buddy to play with, u can help each other out with moves etc and will motivate u2 do it more.

Hi Andy D i  have been poling for 3 and a  half years now, the studio i instruct at has just got power plates so I have only been using them a few weeks. How long have you been poling?

    Hey Pollypole1
I use a single for stretching, only use the two for splits. You can stand on plate and lift one leg up and rest against the handle keeping them straight and push into it, or the same but turn your hips and body to the side for a side split stretch. 🙂

Hiya Andy D they have a load of uses and benefits that have been scientifically tested. They can increaes muscle mass with quicker results that a conventional workout, using them also increases blood flow which in turn can aid healing for sports injuries, arthritis, they can also help tone muscles and improve flexibility, they increase bone mineral density and help to decrease cellulite and encourage lymphatic drainage. They are a certified medical device and they work  by you standing on the vibrating plate, frequency starts at 30 Hz (times per second) so the workout you do on the plate is made hardder by the fact that it is vibrating but it is also contracting your muscles 30 x a  second, because of thie workouts should be around 25 mins only. Yuo can workout whatever part of your body you wish EG upper body, abs etc, they also have an amazing massage setting for at the end of a workout.

Hope that has explained a bit more for you Andy.

We have 4 poles and do not have more than 3 to a pole, our classes are 1,5 hrs long. We do levels 1 – 3 in one session and levels 4 + in the later session, we get less girls in the later sessions, but more because we teach mixed levels if that makes sense. The girls seem to like it, I don't have an instructor pole, I just demo on whatever pole is available..
