Hi! I'm a native of southern California. I got into pole dancing in probably the oddest place, film school. During my orientation day I met a friend (another film student) who was a pole dancer. After nearly two years of school, I finally took a class with her with the mindset of losing weight in a fun way. I didn't even think beyond that. But omg! It was SO much better than I expected. I fell in love. It wasn't just exotic dancing, it wasn't just about cool tricks, it wasn't just about losing weight, and it wasn't about looking super badass on a pole. It was...so much more, words can never describe.
