    i have update flash and deleted cookies and anything else i could think of.  finally i decided to use my iphone as a hotspot and voila!  was finally able to watch videos. thanks for your help!

    im 110 pounds and the dippling is terrible in my thighs on some moves. but oh well, nothing i can do about it! i still think im sexy lol!

    i'm ashamed to see that i started this in end of april and have all but completely quit the challenge.  i still stretch, but nothing like i used to.  so i've started stretching and poling again and i'm happy that i saw progress last night.  i'll try to post a video this wknd.

    I am probably one of the least active people on this site! I tried out for cheerleading senior year in hs and was rejected. Also tried out for dance team and was rejected! Tried out for pep squad and made it, but quit because family couldn’t afford it. So in college one semester I took tap fitness, Latin cardio groove, and yoga and those classes were on the same day lol! So I got somewhat in shape that semester but that was years ago. I took my first pole class in September 2011 and was hooked. So getting flexible and pole dancing are now my goals and I enjoy doing them. I’m still very stiff and have no rythym with dance but I hope to change that and surprise myself and everyone else!

    I would love to join this! I’m new to pole dancing. I have never ever been active so I’m very inflexible. I’ve recently starting stretching but I feel like I’ll never get flexible enough to make my pole moves look good. I’ll post my starting pics soon.
