We use an edge network that delivers our videos from 10 different locations in the UK and roughly sixty in the US. This insures that you should have relatively snappy video. That being said, the internet still has many unknowns and you might run into hiccups occasionally due to localized issues.

Our three day trial is not to get you hooked, because, in general, fitness doesn’t work that way. Instead its so that you can watch a couple videos and be comfortable that Veena’s teaching style is what you are looking for.
In the fitness industry when people aren’t paying they don’t feel invested in their fitness and they don’t actually get hooked they walk away. The effect of a longer trial is actually exactly the opposite of what you would expect.
We’d love to be able to charge less but the pole industry is so much smaller than yoga. Yoga is a MASSIVE industry. With significantly different consumer behaviors than most other fitness activities. I believe it’s actually the largest fitness vertical there is and even at a mere $1 per month there are millions to be made.
Anyhow, I don’t want to be contrary but I do want people to understand that the 3 day trial isn’t an arbitrary decision. It’s actually probably too long and possibly detrimental to our sales but we really wanted people to know what they are getting, We are That Confident In Our Product.

MishaKitty, have you tried turning the bitrate down? Our player uses the highest rate that your internet connection supports. You can turn it down by clicking the HD button, the 360p frame size will reduce your download rate by about 60%.

Is your O button physically broken or is it just not working. When keys stop working my first inclination is that you may have some type of infection on your computer. Key loggers will often inhibit the operation of random keys. This is important because key loggers can also indicate the existence of other infections on your machine which will often mess with the encoding on file uploads and break them.

Lula, at the top of the site there is a tab that says Search if you are on a desktop computer and more if your on a mobile device. Click that tab and there is a search box. Most of the lessons are tagged with their AKAs so you can put that in and receive relevant search results.

polekat – Generally the problem you are referring to comes from having privacy turned on in your browser (most common on phones). Effectively all links transferred in from outside the active browser windows will not be allowed access to your cookies (method by which you track a user session).

Most powder coaters will shoot several different finishes. They should have samples on hand of each one. Simply ask to feel some of their samples.
