Life Coach Forever – To attach a pole to a vaulted ceiling there are vaulted ceiling mounts. We sell an optional vaulted ceiling mount with our pole and X-Pole has one for their poles as well. These mounts bolt to your ceiling and the top of the pole slides into them when you want to put your pole up.

Don’t worry Quancutie I think it was a good convo as it demonstrated that we all share a solidarity that transcends national borders. That is awesome in my book.

I think its really cool the level of engineering you went through to make sure your pole was installed securely. I also imagine all the holes in ceiling sheetrock X-Pole would find themselves liable for were they to tell people to go in the attic of their home and reinforce the ceiling.
The vast majority of people are not capable of or lack the tools necessary to perform restructuring of their ceiling to this extent. Additionally many people live in domiciles that lack attic access as in the case of an apartment building.
Such restructuring would also eliminate the portable nature of the pole, at which point you might as well have simply installed a single point permanent mount pole directly into the joist and avoid the entire restructuring process.
X-Pole has been doing this for nearly ten years, I’m sure they have consulted with lawyers and their insurance provider to insure that they are offering what would be considered a safe installation video.

If you are going to put it inside is there a reason you wouldn’t use a standard X-Pert X-Pole?

It should be noted that were X-Pole to take the patriotic approach they would be made in the UK as that is where X-Pole is from. Instead X-Pole has chosen to take the route that helps insure it is affordable to purchase worldwide.

Veena’s lessons here are a great start. They are organized in such a way that you will build strength first and progress into moves in a way that will help to insure your safety and success.

You can order multiple mounts for the pole.

I do not believe there is any world in which there is any chance of me overtaking Veena on the pole.

We find that it often helps to steam clean a pole. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/50ec5ae1-59b8-457d-a573-65ac0ac37250

What type of HP tablet do you have? Is it one of the Windows 8 ones or one of the Android ones?

My reason for getting on the pole is quite simple. I have been known to be a bit of a gym rat. Since we are going on the road for over a year I will not have access to a traditional gym, we will however have poles available wherever we go. The pole will allow me to keep up my workouts in the absence of a gym. I have to say that as a workout, the pole was very effective and Veena really knows how to get you where you need to go.
I’m not doing any real moves yet just strength and conditioning. Perhaps I will post a video when I get beyond that but don’t expect to see any sexy walks or teddies from me 😉

Unfortunately I’m sworn to secrecy right now.

If you are considering an Omni-Gym, consider waiting. There is something new coming out that is in the same price-range but more versatile, with multiple configurable rig points, height adjustments from 5 to 11 feet and portability that has the Omni-Gym whooped.
