When you purchase in the App you only get access in the App. When you purchase on the website you get access to the website and the App.

The other advantage to the website subscription is that Veena will answer questions in the comments section, so you have direct access to Veena herself.

We don’t offer any way to save the lessons to your devices.

Instead consider using our app or mobile website. Either will let you stream our videos to your device over your mobile data plan.

The easiest way to cancel a membership is to just find your most recent transaction from StudioVeena.Com. When you click on it there will be a link for your subscription information. From there you will have the ability to cancel.

If you purchase on the app on iTunes or Google Play store your subscription is managed through those stores. It does not tie to the website and the pricing reflects the different functionality of the app.

The videos are streaming only to protect our copyright.

The app is a simpler product with its own subscription. However you get complimentary access to the app with a StudioVeena.Com subscription so you could cancel your monthly on Apple and purchase the Halloween sale now for 50% off our normal price.

The reason we opted for a separate pricing model for the App was to give people an option of a lower price point. With the app you get a smaller feature set and no access to Veena personally plus we have a much smaller infrastructure footprint.

Online Veena helps through comments and emails plus you get the benefit of everyone’s experience.

Even our online pricing is far less expensive than anyone else’s and you get the best lessons available for that price.

hookedonpole, if I remember correctly you are in California. My suspicion is that you are simply having bandwidth issues as California’s internet is overtaxed between failed nodes and carrying communications for the fires that are going on in the North Bay area. The intertubes in that area are struggling to keep up. You will notice less impact on sites like Youtube and Netflix because a multi-billion dollar budgets and infrastructure gives them more ability to scale around issues like this and more buying power to gain priority on limited access connections.

If that is not the case there are several reasons this can happen.

    1) Slow internet can prevent your browser from caching the video in the time that it is allowed to do so.
    2) A broken browser cache can cause this
    3) A malware infection on your computer can sometimes cause this as well

    Potential resolutions:

    1) You can test your internet speed at http://www.fast.com
    2) Restart your browser
    3) Clear your browser cache and restart your computer
    4) Use a package like Malwarebytes or Trend micro antivirus to test and clean your machine

To get your videos to be full screen you simply need to turn your iPhone 5 on its side when recording. If it doesn’t provide a wide enough angle the add on wide angle lenses you can get on Amazon and elsewhere will often provide you the angle you need.

Now as for a new phone. The newer phones use a larger sensor with better lenses and do have a slightly wider viewing angle. Once again you can add an external clip on lens to get the viewing angle you are looking for.

If you already have a good phone but would like a wider angle consider something like this https://www.amazon.com/Xenvo-iPhone-Camera-Lens-Clip/dp/B01A6D2JVI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1506276628&sr=8-2&keywords=iphone+wide+angle+lens

AND don’t forget to turn your phone on its side when you record.

Most pole dancers only need is a wide angle lens so that you can get sufficient view of the pole in a smaller space. The kit you describe fits that need just fine.

Are you getting a good deal on this camera? Do you want to play with some more advanced photography in addition to take video?

If your only goal is video and maybe some point and shoot photography you’ll be much happier putting your money towards a higher end phone with a good camera like a Galaxy S8 or iPhone 8. Higher end phones tend to have relatively wide angle lenses, take great video and have some great photo features these days as well as making sharing really easy because all your photos and video are right there ready to be uploaded from the very device you used to take them.

Don’t use the carry case as it is only secured by velcro.

I watched the baggage handlers throw bikes for ironman competitors on the baggage conveyor when we flew to Hawaii and all I can say is make sure the pole is secured well.

How these work for you is going to depend entirely on how they fit in your ears. Apple doesn’t provide multiple ear molds like a lot of manufacturers do.

Most mobile homes do not have enough structure to setup a pole. I would suggest you contact your pole manufacturer and ask if they have suggestions on how you might safely setup your pole.
