When Veena and I started StudioVeena.Com there was not one site for all pole dancers. There were forums that were for exotic dancers, there were forums that stressed the fitness aspect only, there were forums that seemed to be targetted at one particular clique or another and that got fairly heated and attacked people they didn't like. There were even sites that didn't like you if you showed uncommon talent.
StudioVeena.Com is different, it is for all dancers. We adhere to what is generally accepted as common levels of decency, no female areola and no genitalia. We embrace all styles of pole dance and the empowerment that goes along with participating in an athletic, artistc and sensual activity.
You are all beautiful and you all have something to contribute, lets keep those contributions supportive and positive.
This thread was started with one particular picture in mind, an issue that has since been remedied. I think its only polite and supportive of the community and users involved that we discontinue this thread, if anyone would like to start another thread regarding everyone's subjectve views on public decency, which is really a good topic, please do it as a seperate thread. Thank-you.

Lets be careful about using words like trashy. Remember there is a large part of the public that judges pole dancers as trashy we certainly don't need to bring that lack of tolerance into the pole dance community.

cwalden43 – We don't allow nudity on the site, if you have found something please send me a link so I can delete it.
As to bikinis, that is the choice of the dancer, we try not to pass judgement because the level of appropriateness, even in competitions, runs the gamut from barely there to requiring booty shorts and shirts that only show the midriff. Also as an international site there is alot of differing opinions on what is appropariate and what is not.

Also when looking for a domain use the search service at godaddy or some other domain registrar.

Here's some tips on choosing your name.
1) Make sure the .com is available for your exact name with no spaces, hypens or underscores. I can't stress this enough, your exact name is very important. Then buy the name immediately before someone else does.
2) See number one I can't stress this enough.
3) Really number one is sooooo important, there have been businesses that have lived or died based on number one.

AdministratorOctober 22, 2012 at 5:52 pm in reply to: Questions about the pole I ordered…Our orders ship directly from the X-Pole warehouse and are transmitted there immediately after you place your order. Typically it takes about 2 to 3 days for X-Pole to ship the pole at which point you will receive tracking information for your order.
Once it has shipped it will take between 2 and five days to arrive at your door.
@littlelindsay – Our Canadian orders actually ship from X-Poles Canadian warehouse and have the same shipping times associated with them. The difference with canadian orders is that it can take two days longer for us to get shipping informaion. Often times our Canadian friends have their poles before tracking info is available to for the pole.

Here is a great thread on people's stage names and how they chose them https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/4d5b3726-849c-450f-8765-64a50ac37250

MissStarr – I sincerely apologize for any delay or confusion in your order. Your order has been received and it was sent to X-Pole immediately upon receipt. Due to order volume their typical shipping time has been about two business days which means you should receive your tracking today.
I'm sorry I have no emails in my inbox from you. We did receive a call from MA this morning while our team was on another business call but there was no message left so we didn't return it. I can call you if you want to private message me here with the phone number you'd like to call me at.
Does this answer your questions?
