@CapFeb – Technically, spins are performed on a static pole. Veena's lessons cover spins from beginner to advanced that all use a static pole. Veena also has spinning pole holds in her lessons, I would recomend getting the lessons and taking a look at that to increase your repertoire.

The lessons are setup for streaming, not to download. If you can get Internet access on your iPod at your studio you can watch them that way.

This problem is usually the result of an internet browser that has malware or viruses installed in it. You can test this by downloading and trying a new browser. Firefox is a good one at http://www.firefox.com or Google Chrome at http://www.google.com/chrome . Please let us know what you find out.

Behavior like this is usually the result of misbehaving browser plugins or malware. You can test this by switching browsers, try firefox http://www.firefox.com or chrome at http://www.google.com/chrome.

@ORGANIC ANGEL – We requested for her to start a new thread. This thread is about the competitors, who got in and who didn't. The practices of pole dancing competitions is a whole other topic and would effectively hijack this threads original purpose, which was to track who got in.

To add a profile pic click on profile at the top of the screen then select +Edit Profile. You will see the form for adding a profile photo there.
