To All: Please bring this thread back on topic. This is a discussion of the 40mm X-Pole. There are several threads regarding brass poles, care and composition.

The high medium and low options have dissappeared since we've changed streaming technologies. Our current streaming rate pumps out a higher quality video than our preious "high" setting using less bandwidth than our previous "low" setting.
The buffering option is only possible using pseudo-http streaming and not RTMP like we do. The major difference between the two technologies from your perspective will be that RTMP makes it much harder to steal video which is much more of a concern for our user's videos.

Generally updating flash at http://www.flash.com will fix this problem. If it doesn't please contact me using the contact form on the website.

If you are at all concerned that what you are getting is not the real thing all you have to do is call X-Pole using the phone number on their site http://www.xpoleus.com

1) Any single piece pole that is longer than 8 feet will incur dramatic shipping charge premiums, shipping anything under 8 feet will usually be $40 but a single piece pole that is even 9 feet will cost almost $200 to ship.
2) If you are going to carry your pole around or store it the X-Pole comes with a case while all other removeable poles require you to purchase that seperately, usually costing $75 or more.
This is just to state that if price is the primary consideration there is a whole picture to look at.

@amy – Unfortunately no there is not. Selecting the proper chat room is a balancing act, most of them don't support iOS, and when choosing one previously for iOS support it left us in a hole with a product that was poorly supported and didn't work half the time. I feel your pain though, the iPad is my favorite way to connect to the internet.

@Kobajo84 – Your browser is probably trying to cache the old chat which is not there anymore you may have to reload the page with a ctl-r if you are on a pc or a command-r if you are on a mac.

Thought I'd let everyone know that we have a new chat room with better video functionality and a room just for bendy buddies. Check it out when you get a chance!!!
