    It’s less likely that its your phone and more likely that its your carrier. Does it work better when you are attached to Wifi as opposed to the network?

    Sarah, it appears your account was made using a facebook login. Perhaps the computer was logged in as someone else?

    Ok I removed the feature that was causing this issue we’d love to see your new free-style.

    I will be pulling the feature tonight that inhibited sleep mode during an upload. It seems it is simply not compatible with file uploads.

    Can you go ahead and try uploading again? There was a bug I introduced this weekend when I added functionality to keep mobile devices from sleeping during uploads. It should work 100% now please let me know if you still run into issues.

    Jessie’s if you are getting the same error as Lula is reporting:

    ‘Error loading player: No playable sources found’

    You do indeed have flash installed. Our player does not support Silverlight.

    If however you are getting a blank screen or plain black box then it is possible you will need to install flash which you can do at http://www.flash.com/

    The site pushes any post that has been commented on back to the top of the site. It keeps content from rotating and getting lost too fast. One of the big complaints regarding uploaded videos, photos and forum posts, used to be that they didn’t get seen. The current setup gives content second and third chances plus keeps forum posts about more important topics at the top of mind.

    PoleNika, I’m guessing that you are in some way associated with Polesleeves. A friendly suggestion would be that rather than expressing incredulity that someone could possibly be having trouble with the product and coming off as quite patronizing to someone who is is quite possible YOUR CUSTOMER, you should ask questions, maybe contact them privately.

    If the product is in fact not a Polesleeve I’m sure she would be more than happy to correct her mistaken terminology however if it is a pole sleeve you now have the opportunity to explore why this could be happening.
