Chrome is a great browser solution however, it is faster than IE, and ultimately more secure. It also keeps itself up to date transparently so you don’t need to always download the newest version to plug security holes.

It’s not IE, Windows 7 is one of my test platforms and I don’t have the problem on IE. It could be a plugin that your computer manufacturer installed however. IE often gets loaded up with all kinds of junk from your computer manufacturer that actually interferes with your browsing experience.

Megs,
When you update flash do you click the yellow bar at the top of IE 8. Flash doesn’t actually install until you allow it to be installed.
Also have you tried downloading a new browser such as chrome or FireFox?

Do you have phones such as Android or iPhones you could try watching the videos on just to determine if it is your area? Have you tried downloading a new browser?

IO errors are generally caused by several things. Before I get into this can you tell me how large your files are? The server only supports files up to 1Gigabyte or 1024 Megabytes. Also how are you connecting to the Internet? Is your connection spotty at all?

Thank-you all you wonderful Veeners, you make my job worth doing!!!!

It all depends on your budget these days. For under $200 you can get a nice flip cam that will take great video but not so great photos. For around $800 you can get into a canon vixia that will eliminate tapes from your life and provide some professional controls photos are better than the flip but still not as good as a camera. For abou 500 you can get into a nikon d3000 which will take great photos and do better video than most people need.

Please try a different browser. If you are using internet explorer try firefox, if you are using firefox try chrome. You should not receive an IO error unless there is a problem on the client side (client = browser).

I know what is causing the clip not found error and am working on fixing it. This is a Windows only issue for IE and Firefox. Do you have the ability to try this in a phone?

Mobile video is an advanced technology. We currently have beta technology that allows iOS 4 devices to watch videos and are working on other devices.
