Hi, I’m starting 30 day take-off. I would love to know if I should do only this one lesson through one day? I noticed those are shared for random muscles parts. Can I do e.g. 1-4 lessons one day and 5-6-7 the other, etc? I was a part of few trainings and I tried fireman, pole-sit and some other figures but I can’t do it well, so I want to make my muscles harder.
