One more thing, I get up way early. I am spent at night. I have only one child, he is young. However, the morning is the only time I get to experience myself. I don't know your schedule, but carve out for some time for you. You deserve it!

I have the original series as well. It is the best senual movement exercises I have introduced to myself. Never in my life have I felt so comfortable in my own skin. Enjoy touching your body and all the curves you have to offer. You are beautiful. Go with your own flow. We natural curve in the 'S' figure. Feel it sister!

Thank you so much. I used this technique last night.

I had a breast reduction 10 years ago. My breast were huge and it was rather uncomfortable. Not to mention the pains of shopping for bras that fit properly and tops that flattered my breast.
It was uncomfortable to have the procedure done. What was most uncomfortable was the bruising and swelling. It took me 4 weeks to be back to regular activities. I was not poling at the time. However, I do remember being at the park with my nephew and not being comfortable with swinging on the monkey bars at around 4 weeks.
I had no regrets with the surgury. I loved the way my breasts look and fit into shirts. Being able to wear backless shirts and no bra was a dream.
I had a baby 2 years ago. Many milk ducts were severed and I was not able to breast feed my baby full time. We supplemented with formula. This is not always the case for everyone. Some people can nurse others can not.
16 months after stopping breast feeding, I have lost A LOT of density. A full cup size and I really do miss how I looked prepregnancy. I am looking into augmentation sometime in the near future. It sounds kinda funny when I read this back to myself. But I really loved the way I looked after my reduction.
Do your research, go for a few consults and wiegh your pros and cons.
Whatever your decsion may be, do it for yourself only.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

@ DaniDuB I am so happy for you I am actually a bit misty! Congratulations!
I had the oppurtunity to take a work shop with Jamilla Deville. She taught exactly what you described and tada I was up and held it!
I feel that there is a light at the end of this tunnel! This is what I will be focusing on for my inverts and getting the technique right before I move on to other inverted holds.

I have been poling for 1 1/2 year. I was taught to kick up to the invert. We were also taught to tuck and lift and that was preferable. I couldn't get the tuck so I continued kicking up….not cool.
I was at a workshop and come to realize that I have been inverting improperly all along. I am not tucking and lifting. My upper back hurts. Not to mention I am not as far along as I thought I was.
I am disappointed. I am not sure of where I should go with this.
If I stop all inversions and go back to basics, will that be enough.
If anyone has any advice, I am open to hear it!
