Thanks Veena! Do you have any videos for shoulder conditioning preparing for the twisted grip deadlift? Truth is I have stopped using twisted grip for a while back but everytime I do it again it will make the exact same pain. So this isn’t normal? 😂😂😂

The pain is in my upper arm and I’m using a twisted grip. It even ‘tickles’ (in a not good way) when I’m only in the position of twisting my body sideways and sometimes there’s a clicking sound on the shoulder. It’s fine when I’m doing handspring though. But handspring doesn’t require as much strength on the shoulder as deadlift does, I assume.

Hi vkiss! I took the Xpole Cert 1 and 2 just a couple of months ago. I went through the manual and see inverts and chopper are covered quiet a lot on Lv 2. Of course, I am not eligible to say that you can’t attend the certification, I’m pretty sure the best way to make sure is to send an email to the XPole Certification trainer. However, when I attended the course, there were some moves that me and other attendees couldn’t do. Yet we still made it though! 😠Good luck!

Wow! ♡♡ direct answer from the creator! I saw that video so many times but still I think it is too fast for me to follow. I always end up on my butt crack and it hurts! Can you give us some more details of what we should know and where to hold / position your butt? I can do this move from side saddle superman but it’s not as pretty and it’s not as centered as it looks by you!

@emily.laura_ insta has showed how to get into it but I was hoping there is a detailed breakdown for it 😅 I tried this move this afternoon and almost fall face first hahahaha i will let you guys know if I too find a video with a more detailed breakdowns! ♡♡

I will take more rests (as-looking back-I’ve been training everyday and what I call ‘resting’ is when I do some stretching and poling freestyle for at least 30 minutes).
I will try both ice and heat and see which one is better for my pain.
