Amelia72 -Yes, my Xpole lite was wobbling too but then I got use to it. Now I use it with my FabPole but there are certain tricks I will not do on it.
I saw some videos of R-Poles and the girl was doing all kinds of tricks on it and it didn’t look wobbly. I’m looking for something more portable, light weight and fast to assembly. I’m on the 4th floor and need to travel with my Xpole lite which is about 3 trips on 4 flights of stairs =O talk about a work out and it’s heavy!!

Thanks!! I’ll try it!! I don’t know why this is happening. It happened 3 times already and can’t figure out how to get it off. I tried removing the pole then trying to move the base and it wouldn’t move at all. I know it’s line up cause I marked it with arrows so I know where the lock is located inside and on the pole. This is driving up the wall.

Phoenix Hunter – Yes! This is it!! I remembered seeing this somewhere and couldn’t remember the name. It is expensive for such little it has. I wish XPole created something like this. I have a lite stage and I think you’re right.. Keep the plates. It’s to high and you might trip with the metals. Thanks for your help!!!

NettieMarie – I didn’t know that could even be done. Yes the plates are heavy and was looking for some more portable. This is good to know.

Is there a big different in learning or just a bonus feature? I’m debating between the two.
Thanks AllysonKendal! Forgot about the extra space needed. I do have low ceilings.

Also noticed that it can be pulled out if I losen the X so then it’s on spin. Then it moves. Agh!!

I would have to agree. This is pole fitness. They cannot tell you what to do. If you are worried, create another name for social media and another email that it can’t trace back to you. Also when post images you can hide your face with certain tricks if you still feel they can figure out who you are.

Hellcat,
Yes, I will! I can’t wait.
Don’t worry about it. I’m sure we can plan another day. For right now, Tuesdays and Thursday are good day until after competition. After that my days will free up a bit more. I teach classes so I can do an hour before or after. -

Competing in the Midwest Pole in 3 week. :O
Been working on endurance and strength to help with my routine. So every little practice helps. -
I’m working on flexibility, floorwork, dance and more acro tricks on the pole. I’m more intermediate to advance. My ceiling are low, 8.5ft so I can’t do to many transition at once. Right now I’m not trying to do too many crazy things till after competition mid-July. But I’m open to suggestions. Can always use the practice. π

I’ve been teaching Silk With Pole for almost 2 yrs. I first started in my home with an XPole and now I use xstage lite as well. I haven’t had any issues. It’s so much fun!! And I’ve had all shapes and sizes try it without a problem. You just need to check it every now and then. There is certain tricks I won’t do on it only in the studio. I use FabPole which is flexible. Contact Leesi for purchasing.

I have an xstage lite and I bought 2 different extensions for it on their website. Mine is a 45mm. You just need to a make sure you measure correctly. the 1st one I order was too short so I needed up with a 1000mm and it works.
As for the size, I prefer a 45. 50 is too thick for my hands and 40 is too small. I guess it depends on you. Plus if you compete then you might want to get a 45.
