    Thanks so much guys for all the tips 🙂 gonna have my pole class this friday and after reading all these useful tips and experience from u guys i just cannot wait to try climbing that pole again! Thanks again guys!

    Tesar, thanks so much!! I just watched the video and tried it again, this time it doesnt hurt as much..but still hurt a little bit maybe cuz its bruised there, yet I know the pressure is off my shin.

    I kinda have more idea what it should be like now :)! I was really desperate to try it out so i tried it on a “pole” at the children’s playground downstairs XD! Thanks so much for all the tips and pictures, I hope I will be able to do it better next class!

    Thanks so much guys, Im definitely gonna watch veena’s video (joined just yesterday so havent really explored around yet) Hope i will figure it out asap!

    I’ve attached the picture of my bruises here, this is what it looks like, a big red patch on my right shin and it hurts really bad when i touch it
