Think of it as being back at begginers. You no the moves but dnt quite have the strenth. So start with the basics climb and spins and your strenth will get better. When you got stronger then work on staying on the pole doing moves for a minute the come off and have a rest. Then get bk on. After you feel comfortable for รƒยข minute on the pole make it one min thirty then rest. Have a look at sum basic strenth training to. You will soon be bk into it ๐Ÿ™‚ xxx

I have the same very week wrist. But there plenty of ways to strenthen them. I work in a pub and find the pulling pints has helped lots lol. But also squezzin a tennins ball.get a broom stick tie a weight to it in the center with rope put your hands either side of the rope then roll it up. It that makes sense. Ie I have even used a frying pan lol. Hold it out straight point it to the ground then straight then bk to the ground.also punching a cussion.hope they help. I use to get a very bad pain in bottom wrist when I did bracket grip. I now this week stopped having it yay :))

My floor work is not to good. I find my self having to left feet and them getting muddled up on the floor and dnt have that sexy feel find my self getting s little embarresed .Spins are good and flow well into the tricks. This works better at my class tho than when at home my pole gets very slippy after about two to three linked moves . I’m trying routine building but am not very good at that :(. I’m more the watch and learn student making sumthing up my self just does not come naturly to me . Thanks guys gone realy try my floor work. I think one of main problems is not knowing what to go into next.xxx
