  • Its amazing how a profational like a doctor or some one can make you feel lol. But ne one else were like yes I pole and I rock 🙂

  • I stayed off the pole for a week. Then when got on didn’t invert on the ground for a few week. Every time I inverted it felt like my ribs got smashed in. But air invert didn’t hurt. He told me to stay off pole for 6 week. But im quite a quick healer n no my body so new when was ready again just dnt do anything that pulls them muscles for a few week :). Hope your better soon hunny xxx

    As much as most people hate to say it. Pole started in strip clubs(well it did in my opion first place I ever saw a pole a friend worked there and I went along just to be noisy ha) . And is dunt get sexier than there. I think we all may secretly want to do a strip tease for sumone on our pole and just show a bit more than what we do than when at class.

    I’m my opion we all have the same bits. And as long as I dnt come across any vaginas hanging out I’m find. Sum people just have such sexy poses and great sex apeal I’d love to have a inch of that and the cofidence in my pics 🙂 xxx

    Such a great answer mine use to be my belly its fine now unless sat down haha. I have a bit of extra skin from having my son so that will never go. It sucks that all the fat from the boobs goes some days feel like I just have pecks.its a shame they dnt apear like they do when upside down with out the support bra haha. Xx

    Haha sofa cusion I was gone do that. But the Mrs told me of I did the pole will be out the door. So instead I got a old gym mat grin a school the nice thick ones a cut a line half way down one wide to the middle to slot round the pole :)xxx

    I’m taking it slow for Ayesh I’m doing the caterpillor then tryin to take a leg of at a time. Would jacknife work from extened butterfly. I bin trying headstands away from pole n hold about 5 secounds :/. I’ve tried cuming down from headstands slowly but having no look lol xxx
