I can only do this in forearm grip. and for the life of me I cnt get elbow grip. I dnt think its a strenth problem for me just a fear as I dnt understand it at all xxx

I got mine first time I tried it. from superman I bring my left leg to side. I turn my knees in towards the pole. and arc my back as much as I can. I squezze throigh my arse thighs as hard as possible. look on my wall my pick is on there. hope I heloed xxx

I poked my self in the leg on spin sum how. felt a horrible pain got down. my false nail had cum off n was partly stuck in my leg. took all my nails of tonite. I dnt wear them often. wen I have them done I was fine for bout four weeks I try n grow them out tgan take off. so thats wen they start getting in the way xxx

I pole monday tuesday n wednesday n then rest off week off. these are the only days I can do. but I mist admit my wednesday class is hardest and tuesday im so much better. so I think breaks do matter as id love to take a day of it between bit cnt spread it that way. but what you could try is working difrent bits each time. say floor work one day. legs another. and arms another but poling does make thay rather hard to do lol. xxx

welcome. I found my first pole very slippy I had a bit of strenth n ok grip bit from what I got told poles need to be worn in a touch but it does get better :). sv lessons are supose to be agreat place to start. your at the begging of your pole journey were I found my strenth increase lots each week and at the wuickest rate. sum days you msy feel like your not doing much but trust me you are. you will have hood days and days were you just cnt seem to lift your own arse lol. just rember every dancer started were you are we all learn at diffrent speeds sum off is are good at flexibility were otherd are better at tricks. we all have strong points and weak. but keep at it n you will be addicted before you no it 🙂 xxx
