Im getting my yoga sling tomorrow and will be hanging it of a pull up top bar in the gym cage where boys do heavy lifting. Will let you know if it works out
The other option is of the stairs on a second floor.
Im really excited having it in my home to help me with my pole progress and flexibility.
And may be… Veena will create some exercises for conditioning that could transfer to a pole 🙂 (wishful thinking…) -
my friend is dancing in regular clubwear dresses and shoes not specifically made for pole. Looks very classy and cool when someone approaching a pole dressed like a teacher and does quiet a number
I think you can dance just in about anything as long as its functional and has a right texture.
Long puffy skirts though dont really win a look in a performance. But may be it’s just my taste.. -

I cant do it on my left only on my right. I tried to perfect it but over did it. Now I couldn’t do anything for three weeks and my pain is radiating into the middle of my back and my neck with every breath I take. I work with kinesiologist but whatever we are doing hasn’t helped me at all.
Theoretically I know its from not using my core and legs properly at the time.
