BOOTY: This is my favorite!! Performing squats before you work on this one can really help you feel where your glutes are and help you learn how to isolate them.

  1. @HollyK, I was like that too- one leg/cheek is always more dominant than the other. Just remember to practice popping while driving or doing anything random, but ONLY work that weak cheek/side!! I love this one, so much fun

  2. I cannot do this for the LIFE of me! Just tried it for a giggle and honestly you should see it…I’m just sat on my knees in the straddle position and there is absolutely NO movement whatsoever! Guess this one just isn’t for me 😛

  3. Oh for goodness sakes…. Veena, you make these booty moves look so easy. 🙂 While I am watching the booty lessons, I am saying to myself “Yes I can” but once I attempt it, then my glutes say “no you can’t” lol. I can only do one side at a time but I guess that’s better than nothing. LOL
