Hi Veena and Veeners Γ°ΕΈΛβ I am wondering if the movement comes from the hip, or is it from contracting the glute muscle? I can do this backwards which means I can do it IN not OUT. While all the other booty work lessons I can do it easily without problems. Thanks for the tip!
