BOOTY: Remember to keep the knees straight. If your knees bend the wiggle motion wont travel through the legs as well. HAVE FUN!!
Ahahah! I had a blast!! Great job!
ahhh! lol Veena made it clap! ahh I love you! 🙂
I need to practice this one lots lol.
Loving the new lessons!!
girl you are lookin hott! thanks for the new vids!
I LOVE that you switch things up with ALL different aspects of pole dancing besides just tricks. The stretches and warm ups are so valuable and the booty wiggle is just FUN!! Thanks, these are great!
Go ahead gurrlll!!!!
The instructor at my studio told us to think of Dorothy tapping her heels together – ‘There’s no place like home’ and your man watching your booty clap will be in a trance – There’s nooo plaaace like hooooomeee…. 😛 I love this move – so much fun!!!
Wow Veena!!! Another something I will never be able to do! But I am trying!
Hey…stop saying never! 🙂
AWESOME! Thank you so much. Where did you get that cute skirt?
I bought it a few yrs ago at target 🙂
HELLLLPPPPP!!! Whenever I try this, my feet “travel” backwards. I’ve worked on this move for over a month and this “traveling” happens every time, whether I’m in heels, socks or bare feet. My feet just won’t stay in one place. I “travel” so much and so quick, I can’t do this move at all! Do you know what I can do to prevent this from happening? Thanks.
Could be a few things…. First make sure your knees are not bent. Also you don’t want to twist te feet too much your feet are not doing all the work, but rather helping to get the booty going. You have to relax the butt and let it wiggle! Lol
WHY THE HELL CAN I NOT DO THIS!!!!!!
@caramel. try warming up with a desk job then when you feel ready toss in a few cheeseburgers lol that’s where i got my booty 😉
Lol I have tried eating everything under the moon, rice, beans , potatoes, bread… I have been told that I have something back there to shake I just can’t get it. 🙁
Urban people like to call it “MAKING IT CLAP!!!” I’m glad that your skirt is that short because so is mine and I thought that their was something wrng with me!
Go Girl… im so glad you have so many different variations of moves
Let me tell you, relaxing the back of the legs is so much harder than I thought it would be!! And Veena, you make this move look SO HOT! 🙂
Awesome Job Veena, Very Sexy!
Is there anyway to save the links or some way to save this discussion so I can find it later.
Yes look at the top there’s a “favorite” button you can click to save this and add to your sv favs!
Agghh! I can get the motion started but I can’t keep it going…. :/
I just cannot seem to get this one, at all. I can do the seated one where you contract the glutes but even when the back of my legs relax my bum still refuses to move, so all I end up doing is shaking the backs of my thighs while my arse just sits there lol. I so want to be able to booty-anything haha
lol just keep at it!
Now I need to wiggle my lean butt for my Pole SWAG class. (I should change my profile photo soon) I’m working very HARD to soften my glutes. Thanks for the lesson!
Oh this is not easy!! My little butt won’t move! 😬
It’s exciting coming back to this lesson after years off the pole!
Hi Veena! If i stand barefoot with the soles on the ground and i move my but its so so easy for me to wiggle, as soon as I am on my tip toes though or on heels it doesnt work at all! Do you know why that might be? or is it just a different motion compared to being on the floor with the whole sole! Thank u so much!
It’s probably one of two things or both together. Im guessing there’s a change in your pelvis position and if you tend to tense up when going on the ball of the foot this will contribute too. Oh also you might be changing whether or not you are leaning forward backwards any change in your center of gravity could affect this.
