Today is a full rest day and I’d love to hear how it’s been going for you.
Pro tip: Comparing yourself to anyone, including your past self, often leads to negative self-feelings, anxiety, and depression. Each time you get ready for a pole session, stay in the “now”—by that I mean the present moment. Comparing or dwelling on the future or past means you’re literally missing out on right now, because your thoughts are dwelling on some other timeline or place.
Yesterday’s lesson went well. That fireman to back hook was a bit tricky to understand at first but once I understood which way to rotate my body I was able to do it. I like the beginner mini transitionsâ¤ï¸
Yay, yes, combos are fun!
Hi!I’m goingo on with this program very slowly as often I can do it only 2 times per week but I’m really satisfied about it as I learned a lot of things. I also tried the combos and moreover the routines and after a couple of times I’ve thought: “Yes I can do it”. The results are not perfect but enough to surprise me :-)) and that is the real value. The routines are for me the most difficult exercises but I love them.

Definitely need to work on the fireman to back hook. It does not compute in my mind currently lol.
I’m loving every minute of this programme, I’ve written down the routines, an will one day do them we’ll try 🤣🤣 , I am also noticing a little definition to 💪
