Today is a full rest day, but I thought today is a great time to share my Visualization video! How’s the program been for you so far?

Pro tip: Our brains are very powerful, and many athletes use visualization as part of their training toolkit. This article explains more. In addition to visualization, there’s another wonderful way to learn without physically doing it: it’s the act of watching others. This is called Active Observation, and it’s how I learned to dance/move. Back in the day, I watched tons of So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars! Here’s a neat article that provides more insight, and even though the target audience is young people, it’s a good read for all ages.
