This looks like a good abs workout, it looks like it would hurt your feet..
Doesn’t hurt on carpet.
I hate carpet, I also live in Arizona though. Lately I’ve been fixated on the vinyl wood flooring and no carpet space. Any thoughts on polished concrete and saltillo tile?
This one defiantly feels better on carpet with socks of course, hard floors on tops of feet take some getting use to! I’ve had my poles over all kinds of flooring including concrete or tile and these are by far my least favorite. They are so unforgiving if you fall and doing floor work is painful on the knees, tops of shoulders and elbows. I like vinyl flooring or hard wood, doesn’t even have to be real wood as long as these are not laid directly over concrete they are great for dancing!
