I developed these tutorials before doing mobility training was a common aspect of fitness! This is a 19 minute routine that will take you through the Flowmotion stretches.

With Flowmotion there is no need to warm up before any of the stretches or this routine. Flowmotion stretches will increase body awareness, improve daily function, body alignment and relax the mind and body. In Flowmotion you’ll continuously move through a series of stretches.

  1. The routine inspired the individual lessons actually! As I was doing the VoiceOver for this I had so much technique I wanted to include but I didn’t want to stop or pause the routine! So I broke it down into separate lessons for users to work on. Then, everyone can relax and enjoy the routine because they already know the technique! 😊
