We’ll take a look at 3 different ways to control the hoop: 1) Hip Hooping keeping the hoop on the hips, 2) Waist to hips, bringing the hoop down from waist to hips, 3) Hips to waist bringing the hoop up to the waist from the hips
I’m loving all of these! I’m going to Lowe’s this weekend to buy my hoop making supplies!
Thank you!
Veena you make it look so easy and effortless!!
i can’t wait to make my own hoop!
Love making my own hoops. I can never get the hoop to really stay on my hips. It always sits in my waist area. Thank you for these videos.
Thanks! It took me a while to be able to keep the hoop on my hips 🙂
you are kicking my butt….is my booty to big to stay on the hips? keeps popping up! I cant wait to hoop with my student 🙂
Haha well I have no booty and I had the same problem! Lol keep at it 🙂
Ahh, Veena, you make this look so easy! My hoop keeps falling down when I try hip hooping. I’m very good at the transition from hips to floor Oo;
I’ve got really good control/understanding of the movements of my hips, so I’m really not sure what I’m doing wrong!
The best thing is to just keep practicing!!
i got dizzy watching this lol.
Gosh Veena, is there anything you CAN’T do? 🙂
Math I can’t do math lol
Very pretty hoping Veena
i cant seem to do hip ones GRR it keeps dropping or going back up to my waist
It took me a while to be able to isolate movement on my hips.
I didn’t even think about bruising, but ohmy gosh I have a ring of bruise hehe
This looks soooooooo fun. I’m off to the local hardware store ASAP!!! I’m hoping this helps lessen my soufflé top!
