We’ll take a look at hooping on the neck as well as how to bring the hoop from the neck to the waist. Please be sure to use a light weight hoop not a weighted hoop.
Veena what size hoop are you using here?
My medium size
What do you mean by “weighted” hoops?? Are behooped.com hoops “weighted”? Because I ordered already from there.
No they are not, I wouldn’t suggest them if they were 🙂 there some places that have weighted hoops, it would say.
I realized —- the hard way — that weighted hoop is a really BAD idea for neck hooping. Are there concerns for using a weighted hoop for waist/hips and arms?
Yes, this is why I say to not use weighted hoops for the lessons. They are only meant for body hooping not tricks. A weighted hoop could be too stressful for joints when hopping off the body! 🙂
This lesson doesn’t seem to be playing on my iPhone. 😫
I will look into it!
