Here are a few drills that will help you build the strength and technique needed for more advanced spinning pole tricks.
- Don’t let your body drop
- Keep the arms bent using a pole hold, this position will strengthen your biceps and lats more than hanging from the arms.
- Use the legs (between the knees) if needed.
