Advanced Level 2: Day 7
 
					Today you’ll work on all of the moves from this week! Start by warming up with the Level 1 pole strength routine, then practice the Advanced star, Marley, and Flight attendant. Do all 3 tricks 3 times on both sides. Finish with the Lying leg grab and Z sit using Movement Stretching! Do this for 3 sets, 10-12 reps for each side.
 
		 
				 
			 
        
        
Hi Veena, a question: what is the importance of the grip doing the advanced star? I’m keeping on sliding down… I’ve tried Dry Hands on my kneepits but it’s not enough… Maybe I need to use it on the back of the legs?
The knee pit skin definitely needs to be tacky. So use grip aid if that’s not happening.
