Advanced Level 2: Day 12
 
					Today, begin with the Active back routine, then it’s time to work on Falling star and Allegra. Give each trick 4 tries on both sides. Finish with the Lying hip flexor stretch using resistance stretching, holding for 3-10 seconds, 5 times, and Lying twist stretch using movement stretching 2 sets of 3-8 times.
