Adv 2 Week 3 Day 1
Today is the start of week 3 where you’ll focus on:
- Reverse Ayesha
- Extended Butterfly
- Caterpillar Climb
- Aerial Inverts
- Handstands
- Core
- Shoulders
- Middle Splits
Today I’ve included two different Handstand tutorials one focusing on using the pole and the other uses the wall. I suggest watching both before you begin the warm up and decide which Handstand tutorial will work best for you.
Give whichever Handstand you choose 5 Tries. Then work on your Caterpillar climb 2 tries and only do both sides if you feel secure. Then work on your Aerial Invert 2 tries on both sides. Finish with the stretches for the Forearms.
