Adv 2 Week 4 Day 1
Today is the start of week 4 where you’ll focus on:
- Iguana/Iguana mount
- Bow and Arrow
- Butterfly Invert
- Core
- Shoulders
- Front splits
For today begin with the Ball core workout, then give the Shoulder Mount 3 tries on both sides before working on the Iguana just the Iguana, not the mount. 2 times making sure to switch sides and hand placement. Use whichever method of stretching you like today for the Lying figure 4 and Camel stretch.
