Today after the warm up Shoulder Mount Routine, give the Iguana 2 Tries on both sides (if comfortable) and the Butterfly Invert and Aerial invert 3 tries on both sides (If comfortable). For the Sitting v straddle and Chest stretch use passive stretching if you’re not familiar with the listed stretches. If you are familiar, feel free to use whichever method of stretching you like.
