Today you’ll be working on 2 tricks, but first warm up with the Active back routine. Then give the Janeiro 4 tries on both sides and see which one feels best to you. Move on to Gemini climb (aka circus climb) and write down how many you can do! I want you to try and do one more the next time I have you work on this. Today use passive stretching for the Standing pike and Calf stretch holding for 30 seconds 3 times. I’ve not included links for the hand and forearm stretch because you should be familiar with these by now.
