Today is the start of week 2 where you’ll focus on:
- Bow and Arrow
- Brass Monkey
- Tsunami
- Front splits
- Core
Start this session with the Flexy warm up then work on the Bow and arrow giving it at least 3 tries on both sides, but no more than 10.
