Today warm up with the Ball core workout before working on to Brass monkey. I want you to try a few entries but keep it under 5 tries per side! Make a note of which entry you liked best. Then give the Tsunami 3 tries on both sides, and don’t worry about flipping over today, just work on the wave part for now. Finish with the Sitting outer thigh stretch, Deep calf stretch and Triceps stretch using Passive stretching, hold for 30 seconds 2 times.
