Advanced Level 3: Day 22
Today is the start of week 4, where you’ll focus on:
- Cartwheel mount
- Twisted grip mount
- Handspring mount
- Dragon’s tail
- Flexibility
Remember, I don’t expect you to get these right away or even within this week. Think of this week as an introduction to them.
Today, begin with the Core conditioning routine, then move on to the mounts.
Try both sides today, but only work on hand and body placement for now. Finish with the Twisted shoulder stretch and Shoulder stretch, holding for 30 seconds 3 times, and don’t forget the forearms.
