Congratulations on reaching the last level!
Begin today with the Active shoulder routine then work on the mounts giving each one 5 tries on both sides (if you’re comfortable)
Finish with the hand and forearm stretches listed holding for 30 seconds.
I’m honored to have been part of your pole journey but it doesn’t have to end here. You can come back to any of these programs anytime, even if you already know how to do all of the tricks because they’re a great guideline for training! If you’ve only been working on static pole, you can go back through all the levels using spinning pole!
