This is an advanced routine because strength and control are paramount. You’ll be using a Pole hold spin, Back hook and Pole back bend in this combo.

I like the ending on this one where you pull the leg through to come down on one hip extending the legs opening into V and scissor over onto the other side to come up on one knee:) Pretty!
