COMBO – ADVANCED I strongly suggest working on Bow and arrow from Cross knee or Cross ankle if this is your first time. If you don’t feel secure with those, check out my lesson for both of those. You also must have a very secure Brass monkey or Gemini/outside leg hang before trying this. Personally these two entries are not as secure as using CKR or CAR, but they’re fun and unique.

  1. I worked on the Gemini entry the other day. I have video of one decent attempt out of about five tries. No kidding that you have to pay attention and it shows on mine, especially the first two times I used my mat. I want to try to get it smoother, then try the Brass Monkey entry. It’s a good thing I’ve done it from Cross Knee Release already. Thank you for this lesson.
