Welcome! Today is the start of week 1 where you’ll focus on:

  • Marley
  • Flight attendant
  • Leg lines
  • Flexibility

For today you’ll begin with the Stop the micro bend routine then work on the Marley Brass monkey and Flight attendant. For all tricks listed today do 2 tries on both sides. Then stretch using the Lying v straddle and Sitting figure 4 use passive stretching for 30 seconds. 2 Times both sides.

Splitting the program into weeks will allow you to come back and focus on groups of tricks anytime you like without needing to do every week in the whole program.

  1. Hi Veena, I’m struggling with monkey brass so I cannot even try the Eros… What’s better? going on trying monkey brass each time you ask for an Eros or do you suggest me to focus on brass monkey before going on with this program? Thank you.:-)

  2. I would continue to try brass monkey first. But if you send me a video of your attempts at brass monkey I cam try to help you troubleshoot.
