You will find more helpful tutorials below the main player. When starting choose whichever grip feels most comfortable for you. Then as you begin to feel comfortable with the pose try new grips.

  1. So I can caterpillar climb (elbow grip) to the top of the pole now, is it just a question of time before I get the Ayesha? Will try to post a video at some point too.

  2. I’d say probably at least if you start trying from elbow grip. Keep that tucked leg position then work on slowly opening. Making sure legs come out in straddle not up! I’d love to see a video and help if needed
