Basic Warm Up Routine
WARM UP – Length 11:00 – Items needed: Pole
This warm up was designed to not only warm up your whole body but your pole too! It’s perfect for beginners because it also builds strength.
Tips to help you get the most out of this warm up:
- Always watch the related videos listed before doing any workouts or routines. This will insure you’re familiar with each of the exercises used in the routine.
- If it’s cold in your pole space or you still feel cold after finishing, feel free to run through it again.
- This warm up is suitable for those who are new to pole or are coming back after a long break.
- Make sure you’ve been cleared by your health professional before starting any exercise programs.
